About the position

The position is located in the real estate area that currently includes Hallonbergen and Ör. You will be part of a team with other property managers, gardening staff, and customer managers.

As a property manager, you will be responsible for ongoing supervision and maintenance of a number of assigned properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that repairs in our apartments, premises, and common areas are carried out and maintaining ongoing dialogue with our tenants. The majority of your workday will be spent out in your properties. We use digital tools to receive and register maintenance requests.

Main responsibilities

• Perform ongoing repairs and corrective maintenance
• Receive and manage incoming maintenance requests via the property system
• Inspect buildings, common areas, and operational spaces
• Conduct SBA inspections including reporting
• Request qualified measures from internal specialists or external suppliers
• Follow up on requested measures
• Review invoices according to orders and agreements
• Manage move-ins and move-outs
• Participate in maintenance planning together with other roles to contribute knowledge about the property
• Participate in tenant meetings
• Contribute to safety and comfort in our areas through your presence

We are looking for someone who has

• High school education, preferably technical
• Training in crafts, property maintenance, and/or property management
• Driver's license B
• Experience from similar positions
• Experience from property-related activities
• Basic knowledge of economics regarding accounting and performance monitoring
• Good ability to use computer support, especially the Office suite
